I am trying to delete a program that has invaded my computer,It's called"E-Zsoft" Everytime I try to download something it pops up. When I try to delete it I get a message "Cannot delete avcodec-51dll
Access is denied, make sure the disk in not full or write protected and that the file is not currently in use" I can only find the file in local disk C. and have tried to delete it but will not delete.apparently it is a Youtube downloader? I have run an anti spyware, but it's still there! Please explain in very simple terms how I can get rid of it.... Thank you very much

1. Try to Delete the file in safe mode

2. if fails open in safe mode and try to rename the file , once rename try to delete it

3. if both thing fails, make note of path insert the boot disk and open the command prompt and remove the read only attribute using attrib command and delete the file



Before loggingn to command mode make sure u make note of all the commands.
