well, there is no comparison between asp and asp.net
asp.net is complete programing language with all full power of C# and Vb.net
but Asp can use only scripting language like VBscript or Jscript
and you even dont need to learn asp , but if you know any server side language prior to learn asp.net then it would defenetly help you learn asp.net easily
but still you can start from asp.net directly.

ASP.net for beginners because it is much easier to use with its drag and drop capability you can create a database / table / UI in a matter of minutes. But hard core programmers use ASP because you only have to code and nobody can code unless they study it very hard. ---> but ASP.net is in more demand than ASP.

I disagree and agree on the comparable time. while human beings develop up getting each little thing they want, they have the strategies-set that they'd get each little thing they want and that they look greater demanding than people who actually are the different. they could be everywhere from 18-35 years of age and that they are going to by no skill develop out of it. So, there remains that handful of human beings who actually take exhilaration in what they have and what's obtainable to them that they comprehend they don't would desire to be demanding by using fact they have not got any reason to be. As human beings grow previous, some human beings do get greater demanding i.e. while they visit a eating place they assume to be sat at a definite table or to settle for specific scientific care. the two cases are incorrect in spite of the shown fact that, this is the international that we so kindly stay in.
