I want to make my image look like a comic book in photoshop, so I thought I would use the Halftone pattern filter, except I want the image to stay in color. Is there a way to do this, or a better way to make a comic book look?
I would really, really appreciate the help!!!
Thanks....

Really depends on the version of PS you have, but I run CS4, and if you go to Filter/Pixelate/Color Halftone and mess around with the settings in it, you can more or less get that old comic book style look.
REVISION:
So I tinkered with it myself, and used an image I had. I messed with the "Watercolor" effect on the main layer, making the colors really pop out more from each other in contrast. I then had an additional layer I had duplicated before that step and added the Color Halftone effect, then changed its opacity effect to Color Dodge (you could change the mode to whatever you think looks best). It gave it a pretty nice comic book effect. You could also mess with the Cutout filter on one of the underlying layers, which helped mine some too. It really kinda depends on what your main image is.

Pllay with Filter > Artistic > Cutout
High level of layers, that's one way, however it could distort a complex image.
