If you have Office 2007 you could save it as a pdf file. Most printers can work with that. You may also find PDF conversion tools available online that will "print" your document as a pdf file. Broderbund and Adobe both have that.

If you work with windows pc there is a short-cut key to do a screen capture which will save what is on you screen at the time you press the key, as an image file. Here is the link in more detail: http://www.seoconsultants.com/windows/print-screen/
I Hope that helps :)

Being mean wont work, men love challenges and think they are the ultimate attractive beings. Being disgusting wont work because men are disgusting and he will think you guys can have sex in a mud pile or something. Maybe for a last ditch effort, you can eat a sandwich when he comes over and just get it ALL over your face and crumbs everywhere! Talk with your mouth full and spit and slobber. Maybe he will get put off by that. Or turned on. Worth a try.. You could always talk to his wife about him bothering you too much at work. Dont really say that hes flirting with you, just that hes being sociable when youre trying to work. Have a blanket at your desk so when you see him coming, put it over your you so he doesnt see your shape. Maybe if you do that for a while he wont come by to check you out because youll always be in a blanket! Okok dont talk to his wife. Have you tried physically running away when you see him? Maybe he'll get the hint. Or...just a thought....punching him in the balls.

my idea is that since you want "hi quality" jpg, the best you can do it is to use a graphics software (like GIMP) to write your proverb. you can choose the proper resolution and set the quality of the jpeg to high values (and CMYK colour space!), so that the printer service will appreciate your jpeg file.

right click on desktop then from popup click new---->paint
A new Bitmap Image file would be available on your desktop. right click that file and click Edit. now without closing paint open your .doc file. select the picture and then press right click to copy the image now click on ur paint file and in paint press Shift + Insert or from edit menu click Paste. If image is not pasted then click on the leftmost tool bar dotted sqaure and then clcik paste.
now click file--->Save as and in file type select jpg

If you printed it and scanned it, you'd have a picture file.
Depending on your version of windows, you might try save as and typing .jpg
But your going to want to see if you can't change document type to being ms paint or something else with a picture.
those are the only two answers I can think of.

You could type it in MS Paint and save as jpg file. If you have to use clip-art, you can copy and paste that from MSWord into MSPaint as well.

You can turn it into mdi format - to do that you:
open your .doc file in word,
print it using the Microsoft office imaging thingy
save it in a file
it'll automatically open in mdi format
P.S.TaBaholi... is way wrong- you cant do that
P.S.S. Their all wrong! I tried!!

One way would be to convert it to a PDF file and then convert the PDF to a JPG. If you have Adobe Acrobat (and not just reader), you can open the document and then save as a jpg.
Free PDF writer - it installs as a printer and you just "print" the file to the PDF writer. You will be asked where to save the created file.
Here's a free PDF writer: http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator/
Here's info on how to convert the PDF to a JPG: http://www.online-tech-tips.com/computer-tips/how-to-convert-a-pdf-file-to-word-excel-or-jpg-format/
You might even be able to submit it as a PDF file without converting it to a JPG.

When you go to save it, go to 'save as' and then at the bottom of the window it will say 'save as file type' or something, with all these different formats. Click on 'jpeg' and save it. Ta da.
