You definitely not going to get any source code of a commercial program. Either buy it, or write your own. If it was so easy to write such programs, do you think programmers would earn any money?

"It took 10 engineers two years to build the complex "LayerCake" technology that enables this to happen"

So that's about 41,714 hours worth of work... Why on earth would they release the source code, and have all that work be for nothing?

I would also imagine that a web based language won't have enough access to the various libraries required to make a project like that work.

So, in essence, you can't get the source code anywhere, short of stealing it from the creators, and you probably won't be able to implement a version of it to run on a web browser.

Sorry bud.

Hope this helps!

Actually Android is released under GPL licenses, which Bluestacks is based so there is considerably more than 41K hours of engineering time behind its development.

Depending on whether Bluestacks extended existing software or their product runs on top of it like an app will be the deciding factor in whether the source code they created as part of their software product is required to be made available under the terms of the GPL. This is the whole point of the GPL.

Discussion at least one forum href://=http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.comp.handhelds.android.x86/13802 suggest that at least some of the source-code may available on request.

I found a free download of BlueStacks here http://bitly.com/1wDthOv

BlueStacks App Player allows users to run android applications on a PC.
