In MS Access is it possible to create a bound continuous form displaying multiple records along with a bound child/sub-form which is also displaying multiple records.

Both forms are linked together through relationship. I have made a form but the main form is only displaying one record at a time even though it is set to continuous!

I am using Access 2003.

No, it's not possible.

You can't view a form as continuous if it contains a subform. The reason is that the subform relates to a single record on the parent form, so the parent form can only display a single record at a time.

Are you certain it is multiple forms, or multiple records being displayed on one form? It sounds as if you have set the Forms default view property to Continuous Forms. Instead, set your sub-data form's default view property to datasheet or single form. Single Form will display one record at a time, while datasheet will display it as though you were looking at the table.

Yes you can, but make sure you have set your relationships first.

This makes life easier, especially when modelling many to many subform relationships.
