please teach me... I'm very beginner...
- when I insert image or button or flash or text in Dreamweaver,
the thing i insert always at the left-top corner, why I cannot adjust the position by dragging ?

- how to insert another .php into current index.php in Dreamweaver ?

- I had make a homepage, i don't know how to insert buttons and adjust the position to where I want it to be,
so I just use Photoshop to make a button right on the background image and use Hotspot to make it click-able. the page become so simple as it has only a background image with hotspot.
am i so stupid ? but i have no choice.

- what is the exact dimensions of a webpage ? 1280 x 960 or 1024x768 ?
I've made a page, it's 1280 x 768, and contents is in center of page,
the width 1280, when view in 1024 monitor, the position of the center contents has inclined to rightside... how to make it always center no matter 1280 or 1024 ?

Use css to define position as absolute, Dreamweaver is NOT a wysiwyg always preview your page in a browser. The problem with using images is they take longer to load than a simple html tag for a button. and the functionality is more complex. contact me and I can show you how to create pages that can be resized and content will adjust itself, it is really very simple to do. go to this site and try resizing page.

As far as inserting another php... You will need to explain better what you are trying to accomplish.

php include is pretty simple to do, all you need is:

Dreamweaver does not process php as php is a server side script meaning it actually needs "php" to run the scripts and process / display them. Once the page is uploaded to a host (local or online) then you can see it working.

Hope that helps
