Where Should I start to learn web pages?

Question

I would like to create a soccer website.. the main idea is a member would create his/her own group( member will choose, what time? how many people? ) and when a match is over or predetermined time, a chat room will be avaiable for member of the group for a limited time( they can use voice and cam for chatting.. members would send messages to each other, members will feedback each other.. they will even sell or buy soccer stuff.. also I sould put group and people search :) I will nedd also catagories..
I hope I was clear..

Now my question is where should I start? I know HTML well and some actionscript and Flash..
what languages should I learn? ASP.NET or PHP? java? javaScript? oracle? pearl? ajax? xml? jquiry?
if should I learn all off them or more where should I start?

I know I want a lot things and it will take my time a lot (may be 3 years) but I wanna still learn them and try to build the website..

I don't know about JSP and ASP but PHP is the best one. I am working with PHP since 3 Years. I think no other languages are powerful and dynamic as much as PHP for Web Technology.
