Alirght, let me see if I can make this question clear.....in excel, I have created a search engine. I want to take collected data and run it through this search engine without manually entering it. In other words, in sheet 1, I have search fields that need inputs in A1, B1, and C1. After inputting data, the search engine spits out a result into D1. Now, I want to be able to input data into sheet 2 and get excel to take the information and transfer it into A1, B1, and C1 automatically and then I will have a link in sheet 2 of the D1 result.

So now, I can run my search a lot quicker. Does this make sense? Thanks everyone!

Maybe i'm reading your question incorrectly, it sounds like you have data in one spreadsheet and you want to transfer it to another. All you have to do is be in the spreadsheet you want the data in, hit the equals sign, then go to the other spreadsheet and click on the cell you want it to copy from.

Then copy and paste the entire sections you want linked.
