Here is one quick search I found for an i7 processor. Look at the reviews and make your judgement. It's going to be the same for the most part when you build your PC. Also, Google is the best place to ask questions to. If you have a computer related question, likely there are people out there who had asked that same question long before you. "What is a good fan for an i7" would definitely land you a couple of good discussions and results for you on Google. Questions like that aren't unique and it just takes time for you to find it and to make your judgement.
