A couple of ways:

1) Open Word or any good word processor and have a new document ready to go. Go to page you want, click on page in a white area, press Ctrl+C then go to the new Word document. Click on it to bring focus to page and press Ctrl+V. After page has been inserted all links will be active. Save page with whatever name you wish to a folder of your choice.

2) When viewing the page you want to keep links active, click File menu in your browser and select "Save Page As..". Name as you want, but be sure to select Save as type: Web Page, HTML only. If you want to view images with page later, then save as Web Page, complete to the folder of your choice.

To view this page using second method, you will have to drag and drop file into your browser, open page in an HTML Editor and use Preview tab or open the page in Word or other word processor.

Method 1 is the easiest as Word will get links and images.

Can't , when you save a site it will save only the first level of the page not any of the pages it links to ...

I remember in win 98 i think it was or 200 that you could set the level of pages it would save but looks like now they just default to the first level only...
