I would like to create my own website but I'm neither a good coder nor designer. I am looking for a website builder that offers advanced features (fully customizable design, a member area...) and also that allows me to display my website in different languages. Can you help me?

There are a lot of idiotic answers here, mostly the ones trying to sell you something without really helping at all..

As a professional website developer I can tell you that you have a long road ahead of you and unfortunately unless you would be prepared to get someone who knows what they are doing to help you, its not going to be easy.. all I can do is point you in the right direction

You need a solution that is easy but at the same time capable of creating the features you require, there are many content management systems out there that might fit the bill but I like wordpress.

Wordpress is not the simplest to get get to learn but there are definitely at least two advantages to using this one above others.

1) Its a highly flexible system that can achieve most types of website without huge amounts of effort, the plugins you can purchase or download are highly available and there are most types to do what it is you require.

2) Wordpress is highly available, as the cms is free you can find free templates and learn the basics of html then using tutorials on youtube or the like to learn how to customize themes, another option is to use a premium theme, one of the advantages of this is that you can pick up a ready made responsive theme which basically means its built for all mediums from your mobile all the way up to your desktop, looking great in them all.

I said about wordpress simply because if you went to something like joomla you will find it far too complex, if you went for something like easycms it might not have all the features available that you want to include.

Basically there are thousands of options you can take but the one constant is that you will have a learning curve, we can advise and help (although believe it or not yahoo answers is NOT the best place to be getting web advice as there are a lot of cowboys on here) but we cannot do it for you.
