Trying to make an Animated Gif?

So, some of you guys may have seen some animated gifs on the internet, especially if you are active on some forums. So I'm trying to make an animated gif myself, kinda like this one:

You can use adobe premiere pro . It's a professional movie editor . you can export your edited movies to an animated gif...
