I have photoshop Cs3, and if you know about it, then you know that you can't work with gifs, so I was wondering if there is a program you have to download or a site you could go to (Excluding lunapic.com)

You can use GIMP, the free alternative to Photoshop. It's free and has most of the features Photoshop has.

You can freely work with animated gif's there - each layer acts as a separate frame. Most of those icons there are made by making multiple layers with the same base image, and then using a brush on each layer in a different spot to make it appear like it's moving.

When creating an animated gif in GIMP, you can add certain attributes to the layer names to customize it. For example, if you'd like a layer named Frame 1 to last 200 milliseconds, make the layer named this: "Frame 1 (200ms)". If you're animating a transparent image, add (replace) onto the layer name to make it so you can't see the frames before - otherwise they'll all mash together. xD

Good luck :)

move to Start > Run > Type in "MSCONFIG" click on OK Go to the "Startup" Tab and deselect the whole lot that you simply do not want at startup (could take a few trial and blunder). Next move to the "Services" tab click on on "Hide Microsoft Services" this may occasionally exhibit you the whole lot that's now not MS. Stop all of those that you do not use day-to-day (once more somewhat path and blunder paintings right here) What you're doing is preventing plenty of the ones techniques that begin whilst you startup home windows and run within the history. Programs like printer spooling that you do not use very typically and MS workplace. Sure it could take a couple of seconds longer for them to begin whilst you desire them however as soon as began you wont see a change of their efficiency.
