just got a mac, what are good software?

Wath software do you guys use on a daily basis and is satisfied with?? is there any very good software out there that you can suggest?

i love freeware, but if its very good it doesn't matter

i'm a photoshopper, so designing tools is cool

open office.org for free tools in creating MS word, excel powerpoint and pdfs

I'm a web designer, so I use Dreamweaver, Photoshop, BBEdit, Fireworks, and CyberDuck (for ftp).



Also, I use Appleworks for documents, because I got it for free. Office is great for Mac though, but it's pricey.



I recommend browsing with Firefox which has finally gotten better than the included Safari.



Download.com is the best place to go for games.



And, of course, iTunes and Quicktime for media.
