Is there a program to do this?

Basically we want the ability to edit information and have it displayed on another computer on our network. This easiest way for me to explain is like an auto updating powerpoint viewer. We would have that constantly running in one room, but in our main office we could update a slide and save it and have it automatically reload in the other room. It does not need to be a slide show for people will be reading off of this like cue cards.

The way to do it is to use PowerPoint's built-in collaboration feature. This works in the two most recent versions of PowerPoint and is cross-platform:

You can try Google Documents. It will auto update when you edit a file. We currently use it at my company to update employees on jobs.

I would recommend keeping it web based. Keeps it simple, accessible and easy to use security that your office already has.

I work in with business intelligence and I can create dashboards that auto refresh, but that is probably overkill for your situation
