i want to learn ASP.net 2 and i want to build some good informative website for my company using ASP.net 2. however i am not aware of any programming language, i dont know anything about coding etc.
my question is is it possible to learn ASP.NET 2 without previous knowledge of any programming language ?
second question is, as we see lots of website provides sms service like if you want to service your car just type service and area code and you will get list of service center on your mobile, i want to know which technology and software they use to develop this thing and how it works.
