how to re-arrange(move,edit,erase,re-size) text/data on a scanned image(my running notes)? somebody plz help.?

i want to organize data on my running notes neatly. so, i scan all my running notes . now, is there anyway to re-arrange text/data on my scanned notes. i tried microsoft paint. it helped me to some extent. but it has very limited tools. for instance---i am not able to make a diagonally written sentence straight ! somebody plz help......bec i have tonnes of running notes to scan & edit.....waiting for replies. thanks in advance.

You have to look for optical character recognition SW which often comes with the scanners. Check the CD. Of course, do remember that their accuracy is proven for printed ones and for hand written ones, things are still at infancy.

Its the best choice to write with hands but u may also use ADOBE PHOTOSHOP for that.
