I was editing my wordpress website and was doing well with it until I removed a line of code that caused the entire site to die. I can no longer access the wordpress dashboard or the website without recieving "Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '}' in /home/team295/public_html/site/wp-content/themes/mystique/lib/shortcodes.php on line 194." I was wondering if there was anyway to fix this without having to reinstall Wordpress and losing all my updates to the website. P.S. I forgot to save any backups.

You didn't lose the database. Depending on what you were doing:

If it was a plugin you tried to edit, delete it via ftp. If it was a theme you were trying to edit, delete the theme. If it was a core file, you can reupload a copy of the file via ftp - just grab the version you were using.

THe only way for you to do this is via ftp.

Smelly Cat is right, use FTP and either rename the plugin folder that is causing the error or rename the current theme folder and force WordPress to use the default theme. That way you can log into your Admin panel.

Once in your admin panel, if you have a backup, restore the missing code, and change the themes folder back to the original name. I hope this helps!
