How to run your sample ASP.NET website on Sites like my3gb.com?Please Help!?

I have developed few Asp.net web pages(.aspx , in Visual Studio2010, & tested on my Localhost) & now i want it to run over internet.
Can any one please tell me how to run such ASP.Net on web hosting sites like my3gb.com or phpzilla.net??
I suspect whether these support .net hosting or not?
If yes, How? If no then suggest any FREE asp.net hosting site please (i think they only have apache).

You can't do that on free sites, you have to buy IIS (Windows) hosting. Hosts give you the choice of Apache or IIS, and you need IIS to run ASP. (Or rewrite in PHP. But you still can't run server-side code on most free hosting sites.)

asp.net will only work on Windows servers (they own the asp language). Now, Windows is an expensive server to purchase and maintain. So it just does not make any sense for anyone to offer free hosting that supports asp.net, sorry.

These sites do not support ASP.NET hosting. You could host your ASP.NET site for free on your home PC. You should just get a static IP address from your ISP.
