HOW EXACTLY DO YOU REMOVE THE ERROR REPORTING DW20.EXE ?? ITS DRIVING ME CRAZY! ANY HELP?

I cannot figure out how to remove this error reporting thing DW20.EXE. it especially comes on when im watching a youtube video before i can watch it??! What can i do to REMOVE this thing COMPLETELY WITHOUT coming BACK??
