Why doesn't adobe photoshop work with vista? It comes up with an Error.?

I downloaded the trial correct and all but when I install it,it finishes but then doesn't open.Instead an error message pops up saying its missing something?

It works fine with vista I use photoshop cs3 all the time on it. It ist just your computer, and since you didn't give what the error was, no one will be able to be of much help with out just guessing.

As Vista is still before the release of service pack 1, it is considered to still be in the ´beta´ stage of the development cycle, that is not fully functional and has lots of bugs that need to be found and fixed.

Therefore, problems like this will happen with beta software and if you need to run critical apps, you should use a stable release, that would be XP.

Microsoft thanks you as an early adopter of Vista for beta testing it´s latest OS. As a reward, we have now lowered the price for you when you want to purchase the stabler version.

I had the same problem. Call corel they will walk you step by step how to fix it.
