11:45 a.m.

Pacific Daylight Time is UTC -7.

The soccer is in UTC +2.

This makes 9 hours time difference so that 20:45 (8:45 p.m.) at the game is 11:45 a.m. in Pacific Daylight Time.

UTC stands for Coordinated Universal Time. The +2 denotes a 2 hour offset (increase) from the universal time. Pacific time is equal to UTC-8, an 8 hour offset (decrease) from the universal time.

Therefore it should air at 10:45 AM pacific time.

Don't forget daylight saving time. Nominally, Pacific Time is UTC-8, but during DST it's UTC-7. So, that's (+2) - (-7) = 9 hours earlier here than in that listing. 11:45 AM PDT
