I'm trying to make it so my links and stuff can be on the right side and the stuff I want said in the middle but I want the stuff in the center to be at the top as well as the stuff at the right!

first never use tables unless you need a data table



it's better to use

CSS they are efficient and more concise



CSS controls every thing related to layout (positions, colors, aligning, ...)
