You can change the settings...but I recommend using PowerPoint. Word can be tricky.

Try TOOL > Letters and Mailing > Envelopes and Labels > Create new Label.

You can adjust the size of the labels according to what you need.

Or go to File > Page Setup > under Margins > Pages > Print two pages per sheet.

I hope this help

Hmm its difficult to say until I can see the layout of your invitation. You can alternatively use MS Powerpoint (just copy and paste from word). Create three blank slides first, then copy your invitation text/images from Word and paste them on each of these slides (ie you will have three copies of the invitation, one on each slide). Then use the print option to print the slides as handouts which allows you to print multiple slides per page.

This is how you can print multiple slides in a page...

In Power point Menu

1. Select File-> Print

2. In the Print window that opens, look for a drop down with title 'Print what:'

3. Select 'Handouts' in the 'Print what:' drop-down

4. On the right hand side, under the Handouts area, select how many slides per sheet you want to print.

There is no big differance between word and Powerpoint in what u r doing ... ( i work on both) . but since u already started on Word i would say stick to it cause most probably u r better on it than powerpoint ..

it will depent on your design, how big it is and how it is done .. if u r using text box, Pictures and autoshapes .. then u just need to Select them all ( while pressing Shift Key, select them by mouse) then group them ( right click on them and choose Grouping > group) then just make copies of it .. Edit > copy then Edit > Past ..

Your printer type will also effect what will be printed .. some printers will cut the footer of the page ..

as for the invitation .. if u have time .. i would be more than happy to help u with the design .. i am a graphical desinger .. jsut send me the word file with the data and i will get it back to u in one day.

Have fun

laser printer ink can be cheaper sometimes and other times is more expensive. You could try turning down the levle of ink you use to print out these items. They will be lighter in color but if you only turn it down a bit it will still look ok. Another option would be to buy directly form the manufacture in bulk, which would deffiantly save you money.
