0 I am making a website for someone - how do I make it easy for them to maintain themselves?
If a site is going to be updated frequently (adding items for sale, etc), isn't there a way to create a form someone can fill out (with basic info like price, description, etc) and it will automatically format/style/align everything so they don't even have to deal with dreamweaver or anything? Then they can upload the updated product? I am making a website for someone who has basically no web-building skills, but needs to be able to maintain the site for a small local business.

i am a newbie can someone give me step by steps how to do this

There are currently quite a few content management systems (CMS) out there, any of which might do the trick. I use several, depending on the needs of the client.

My first choice is usually Drupal... followed by Joomla or WordPress.

For sites where user collaboration on documents is needed, I go with WikkaWiki.

For online classroom environments, Moodle.

For online stores, Drupal, with the add-in eCommerce module, or osCommerce, or ZenCart.

The trouble with ALL of these is, ironically, that there are so many configuration options and features available, that they can be intimidating, and you might spend more time TRAINING the client than you would just maintaining the site FOR them.

To that end, I usually recommend some books to get them started.

I'm also in the process of launching a new site to address this issue... sort of a "Content Management for Dummies" site. Anyone reading this who might be interested, feel free to get in touch. The domain was just registered so it hasn't made the rounds with all the name servers yet, so I won't list it here.

Finally, installing and configuring any of these can be quite easy, IF you're with web hosting service that offers the Fantastico auto-install utility. You could have your favorite CMS up and running on a site in literally just a few mouse clicks. Then all that's left is to fill in some site info and tweak one of the themes, and you're good to go.

most of the women i know who are easy, it involves alcohol. Sorry to say but a lot of women and men are easy when it comes to drinking. And jess covered it, you have to be good looking atleast. And easy girls don't sleep with everybody. Well on a day to day basis. I can say im over 30. The only women i know who are easy hang out at bars. You aren't just walking in the church and the school and picking up an easy woman at my age. When you have to worry about rent, children, and simply you have a schedule you have to make sure you get done or you are behind, you don't have time for random sex and to be easy. Usually those girls my age have sex with their ex or somebody they had sex with before. There are special cases, but the more people you have sex with more something bad can happen. STD, and at the worse you could end up in a love triangle and injured. That happens way too often for people may age. Usually you probably sleep with somebody husband or wife then all hell breaks loose.

What you're looking for is called a Content Management System. You can find out more about them here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Content_management_system

One that I've used very successfully before is called Joomla, and it can be found at: http://www.joomla.org/ For a more complete list I'd suggest you check out: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_content_management_systems

Use a CMS (Content Management System). You can find out more about CMSs and test a few by visiting http://www.opensourcecms.com/ . My personal favorite is TextPattern.
