in my PC it says i got java version 6 with the latest update 13 - saying thats the latest version of java.

Clicked 'update now' - "you got the latest version update installed..blah"

Went to java website - saying there's Java 6 update 15
and some other bloke in Yahoo answers telling me Java is up to 6 update 16.

What?

I'm confused..

What is happening?

How come i don't get any more auto java updates..arrgh!

Java 6 update 15 (build 1.6.0_15-b03 is the latest version.

who ever told you that there is an update 16 does not know what they are talking about.

go to this link for the latest version and you can also check to see if it is properly installed as well,

good luck

Maybe there is some error in the java program and you may have to install it but if you are going to reinstall it then it is better to install the latest version so you wont have much problem of updating and stuff like that.
