Website FTP question: FTP Error: Cannot read file attributes?

I am trying to upload files to Cyberduck FTP site but get error message:

FTP Error: Cannot read file attributes
Permission Denied

I have the correct password, username and it lets me into files. I can download and add new files but can't override files

What would cause this error?

Your files should have the attributes set for your web pages to be able to overwrite unless you have some FTP option or have set an option in the c panel to prevent this.



You need to right click on the files in the FTP's Remote Directory and see what the CHMOD is. This should help:
