How can I digitally remove a watermark from a picture?

I tagged an image with watermarks. Someone wants to buy it, but I saved it over the original. How can I digitally remove the watermarks?

You can't, you need the original file and app that placed the watermark in the first place. Other than that, you alter it in photoshop using stamp tools to mask it, but it won't look the same.
