There is NO SQL software, there are databases supporting SQL (more or less), there are editors that help you write SQL, which one did you want?

MySQL is a free DB supporting SQL.

Eclipse is one (of many) editors helping you to write SQL statements...

it's kinda a advance tool, so if you are a beginner you might wanna write your SQL in Microsoft access ;)
