Best Android Data Recovery App ?

Question

I want to format my Note and i'm looking for the best data recovery method out there.

I want all my apps, even the ones i installed illegally with the use of APKs to be restored (that's a tall order)

I want all the apps to be put back in the proper folder

I'm running Aviate(a launcher) and the apps must be put back in favorites properly.
