i need a html mailing list?

i need a mailing list for my website. i would like an email address bar and a submit button. i want to be able to have a list of the email addresses somewhere so i can easily copy them to gmail and send those people emails about specail offers. is there any to do this?

Yes, there are plenty of ways to do this. If you are using any kind of blogging system or cms there are most likely free addons that will allow you to do this.
