Hi.. there is vcl for the web which is a small learning curve if you already know delphi. It is also called intraweb .. the software is supplied by atozed. Look at www.atozed.com.

They supply a parsing engine that parses your delphi code into java and html for browser side viewing. The web program runs as a normal application or service on any machine and does not require IIS. You just specify what internet port number you want it to run on and access it in your browser. We use it for all our web dev and have found it to be great. 2009 has the vcl for the web components built in and allows for 3 concurrent connections for free. If you want to go bigger you have to buy a once of license.
