Alright, I plan on learning Python for Blender... But I wish to know.
Do I need a different Python, like for game design or Guis like C++ does, or can I just learn Python and be able to start scripting with it in Blender? This has been on my mind and would LOVE to know so I may start on making better games with Blender. I run with Blender 2.63..Just in case that would help. Im completly new to programming and scripting in a REAL language... I only know ROBLOX's RBX.Lua and am ready.. Or I think I am, to move with Python. So the main thing is, can I script Blender games with Python or do I need to learn a DIFFERENT python in order to use it?

You can't save Python code as dlls. What py2exe does is bundle the Python code with a replica of the Python interpreter. Running the exe sincerely runs Python which executes the script. The Python script is not actually compiled into a native executable.
