How do you make a website? That's Free? HELP!?

I want to create a FREE website where you don't have to pay for your domain nor hosting. I want a domain such as, [ .org, .com, .co.uk, .net] Are there any sites which conatins free domain, free hosting and not a subdomain. So if there are any, please name some.

assuming you as Layman i will try to tell few.

or you can put your website directly by in built FTP on *rapid website*

They wouldn't even given a free domain name away even if you hosted the site yourself!

► I would recommend using NVU editor (www.nvu.com), it's free and wont tie you down to one method of editing. NVU pages can be transferrable to frontpage or dreamweaver html editor

creating a website is good, but i dont undertand your idea of "subdomain". Any website is subject to the group where it belongs, but at least you can create your own touch in it...as in your personal page.
