Country wise City dropdownlist In JSP through ms-access database?

Question

i want to make a JSP page which allow user to first select a country through dropdown menu of HTML. i want this JSP page to add all City of that selected country in another drop down list on same JSP page. both country and City are defined on same database. can anybody help me plz.... urgent . thanks in advance .
