If you use Verdana, try reducing it by 1px; sometimes Verdana at 12px can look juvenile. Another choice is Arial at 12px. Also try a slightly off black.

Your website is a fake. There is no such thing as a Quog, nor does the good doctor you mention in the page even exist. If the Google god can't find it, it doesn't exist. And with an estimated 200 specimen left in the wild, I think there would a greater movement to save these beast than your cheesy website. Shame on you. As for your font, any San Serif will do. Since people prefer to read black text on a white background, why don't your try lying to your guests with the proper format.

Before selecting the font please keep this rule in mind...

You should design ur website 2 look good in order 2 look good you should select a good font and the font should be common, The font should be available in most of the computers like times new roman....

If u use special fonts the paragraph will be ugly when computer selects alternate font in user computers....

Font Family: Tahoma, Arial

Font Color: depends on the page background color. Use color that will catch the visitors eye.

Most readable font on the screen: verdana.

But not everyone has that. so cascade down to DejaVu Sans, and then to Bitstream Vera Sans, and then to sans-serif.

so your stylesheet will be like:

body { font-family: Verdana, 'DejaVu Sans', 'Bitstream Vera Sans', sans-serif; }
