Apache is just a web-server handler, it helps to run web servers (web sites).

It's not your computer's fault, just the websites.

The only real thing you can do is wait really, or complain.

I've been getting that error almost all day. They (ebay) told me it's their problem, and they're fixing it, but as yet...nothing. I can't even do a search and look for anything. However; I did notice that if I use the other computer in my house it works fine...it's just my laptap.

~update~ It's something to do with the Explorer web browser. I opened the internet via Mozilla and was able to use Ebay as usual...so I'm not sure if I need to update my Explorer, or if ebay has a problem with compatability right now for Explorer.

Have you ever used Auctiva?

it's very simple and you can have up to 24 pictures supersized for free.

Or try another browser.
