Does somebody know about Computer Programming?

Does somebody know about Programming/Programmers Forum, Programming/Programmers Community website? Where I can paste/write my Programming problems, and Forum or Community can help me out. But Free one, I do not want pay. I started to learn Programming, specifically C++ this time, I write codes, get problems, and I don’t know that where I can give my code to fix, and where I can get some help about programming, where i can raise questions. So if somebody knows such kind of Forum or Community website, then ………….please please please tell me. I will be very thankful. It will be very big help for me. I’m looking forward for your answer guys. Give me, as many answers as possible.
