I need help on how to do my JAVA assignment and I need guidance please!?

I am a newbie in Java and I have been coming across this REALLY, REALLY TOUGH assignment. My assignment link has been posted here. It's on a streamed SCRIBD file

,so ADOBE Flash is definitely required. My reading and comprehension skills aren't great, so would you be kind enough to lend me a hand to explain each section of my homework, so that I can do it easier.

Why would Adobe Flash be required? it's a Java assignment.

If you need help with an assignment I would suggest you ask the teacher, TA, or classmates. They would much more familiar with the assignment.
