HELP! wordpress plugin installation error?

im trying to put a plugin to my site after installing the wordpress but when i click my site this thing shows up.

Well... If you go to your plugins directory (/wp-content/plugins/) and delete the trouble making plugins then wordpress will automatically deactivate them and the problems will disappear. Then you re-upload the plugin and make sure that all of the files make it onto your server and none are damaged and or broken. if not then it could be a conflict with wordpress or an already activated plugin or server.

It sounds like an issue with the plugin itself. Try re-downloading the file and uploading it via FTP. If that doesn't work, check the plugin developer's site, and see if they require a higher version of PHP than you're currently running.

There is posibility that your wordpress not update or there is file damaged on the plugin file. Try to remove it from FTP.
