Were can i make wallpapers for free?

Im trying to make wallpapers were you can upload multiple images but i cant find anyting that can do that!
PLZ GIVE ME ANYTHING THAT CAN UPLOAD MULTIPLE IMAGES!

You can make wallpapers using photo editing programs like photoshop. You can get many freewares in the net. Check out www.jagaparajuli.com.np/wallpaperz/ I made all these wallpapers through many freewares. You can get tutorials in the net.

Try checking out CNET's Download.com, do a search for "Upload program", or something like that. Then, when you get the list, use the filter tools on the left side of the browser window to show only the Free programs. You should get at least a couple that you can try out. One of them might be just what you are looking for.



Otherwise, I would suggest CuteFTP to upload files to a website, but you would have to pay for that program.
