How can make a menu bar in PHP with the help of Dreamweaver?

I am trying to make a web page I am including the rest pages in the main page. I mant to make a popup menu which can move up and down whenever I scroll the page.

if your main intention is to make menu bar then there nothing to do with php and dream viewer.



Just use any open source HTML menu script and use it in your php pages by using include.



so simply.



If you want to bring menu names from php/ database then that you can do later by just updating menus templates.

For Making menu bar it's not necessary to use dreamweaver

you can make it using any editor

for making it you need javascript to use

use dynamicdrive.com website for finding such already available scripts

it can be done in javascript or css.. not in php..

And for popup just use the code of light windows..
