Here is something I copied from http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_15511

Try this first:

How to fix almost all Flash Player issues

A version of Adobe Flash Player is pre-installed with most popular Internet browsers. Sometimes, problems with a Flash Player that's already installed can prevent you from upgrading to the latest player. You can resolve almost all difficulties by taking the following steps:

1. Check System Requirements to ensure your configuration is supported.

2. Make sure you have the latest version of your Internet browser. Installing a new browser can often repair issues with browser installations, and newer browsers may also offer improved security.

3. Remove your existing Flash Player ( see here for a guide: http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_14157&sliceId=1 )

4. Restart your computer.

5. Download and install the Flash Player from the official Download Center.

One quick way of fixing the problems you have is installing a recent version of Adobe Flash Player (it's a software often responsible for many video issues on pc, especially on youtube or other video platform and services). For instance if you are constantly getting black screens and your video doesn't start it's likely that your adobe flash player is either not present or corrupted. Try reinstall it again and keep finger crossed.

You can get the latest version of Adobe Flash Player for free here: http://bit.ly/1sxRxEd

Well

Check here http://j.mp/1p3PfG9 if you want to get Adobe Falsh Player for free

If you can't see videos online, you have to install the new version of Adobe Flash Player.

Hope it helps.

I am using Firefox browser. Try this and let me know if it helped you as much as it seemed to help me. Click TOOLS , OPTIONS, ADVANCED then look for the box to REMOVE THE CHECK beside; Use hardware acceleration when available.

My PC is operating great again and I do not know if it is a coincidence.

You better download the latest google chrome installer and install it. That should fix the problem. Good luck!

well, it could be a virus. there are several programs that can crash your computer, actually. such as worms, trojan horses, spamming and spy ware. you could run a systems check to see if any thing's wrong.

however, some hardware you put into the computer, such as a tum drive, could be damaged and thus wreck the computer. either that, or you have to much junk on your computer and your shockwave only works with a certain amount of free space on the computer.
