I'm using Microsoft Word and need to insert a statistical formula (Cpk).
When I click the Insert tab and go over to the symbols group, my "equation" is faded meaning I can't click on it.

What am I doing wrong?

Please help if you know the answer.

Thank you!!!!!!!!!

Don't do that, do this. Here's a link. It has all the alt codes. As in the alt key right next to the space bar.

http://www.alt-codes.net/

Just press alt and whatever number they say together for a particular symbol.

Like Colin M pronounced, create formulation in Excell, you're able to be able to could desire to coach formulation demonstrate on in Excel, then reproduction and paste to be conscious. any incorrect way is in Excel, create the formulation, then interior the cellular to the left, style the certainly formulation in, yet set cellular to text fabric. If Excel sees the =(equivalent) sign, it is going to do the calculation.
