Which IDE for c/c++ language is better ( work in windows XP) ?

Which IDE for c/c++ programming is better ? i want it to work in windows XP what do you think ? and which of them did you use ?

Although I usually avoid Microsoft products as much as possible. Visual Studio is definitely the best out there by far. Intellisense is great! I don't know if Borland has it. But Mircosoft's is done very well.

I love Borland products. I use Borland C++ Builder X Personal Edition, but you can only obtain that with a textbook. Borland offers other C++ IDEs, and I know they're good

I don't really use an IDE any more, but Code::Blocks is nice, and it's available for Linux, Mac, and Windows.
