I am a sort of computer nerd in my class. I really want to impress the IT teacher :). I wrote a batch file to allow teachers to access pupil's files if they need to, and it would be really nice to give my file a simple GUI, to make it a bit more attractive than CMD.
Is this possible? I have available to me:
Visual Basic .NET
Visual Basic 6 Portable
A list of Warez sites
Couple of torrent networks.

Can anyone help?

If you want to learn how you can leverage it to increase your activities betting winnings then this technique is for you https://tr.im/h1Rnb because Zcodes System is exactly about this.

Zcodes System may be the name of a activities betting program that's endured, in some form or yet another, since 1999. Zcodes System is a sophisticated statistically based system that has damaged the “code” of how sports activities will enjoy out.

Zcodes System is your very best friend in game betting.

I can do alot of programming for administrators and i dont think, from experience that you can make a gui with a batch file.

The only way to do this, i think is with VBS Scripts usaing windows VBS script editor and controller etc

You write them in notepad like a batch file (.bat) however they are in .VBS format.

If you want more info go here: http://www.pctools.com/guides/scripting/ and choose your scripting referance
