Well, you have a few problems.

1) The IP address is an internal IP address. You need an external IP address to host a website from. You can find your external IP easily by going to www.whatismyip.com

2) External IPs are not static (ie they change), so you'll need a DNS program to update the external IP to a specific DNS entry. (A DNS entry is basically a tag that says , www.yahoo.com = 61.32.etc.etc). We've used a program called NOIP to get around that, but its not a perfect program.

3) If you haven't already, you'll need to open the correct ports on your firewall and ISP's router/modem and point them at your server. (VERY dangerous if you don't know exactly what you are doing)

Nobody on the internet can view this server by this number. This is a private IP address and is used by thousands of machines around the world for internal use only. You need to get a fixed public IP address, for this you need to subscribe to your ISP and it costs extra. They will tell you your public address, and you will need to set up port forwarding on your router to your internal address. Before you start hosting your own server, learn a bit about networking and the internet or you will get into a lot of trouble.

No. The address you show would be the Internet address on your local network. Upstream to the Internet, you will have a different IP address assigned through DHCP from your ISP.

Thats a LAN IP, its for your network. No one outside the network can visit it.

I would suggest reading up some more on how to run a webserver.

I could not get there, but here's why:

You are using your "internal" IP address (behind your router). You need to open your router up to send port 8080 requests to your server ("internal" IP address). Then you need to find out what your "external" IP address is, try here www.whatismyip.com. Then try reposting with your "external" IP address.

No. Connection times out. I tried two browsers.
