i have a godaddy hosting server but some time my website stuck due to sql error

"Error establishing a database connection

This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can't contact the database server at localhost. This could mean your host's database server is down.

Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
Are you sure that the database server is running?

If you're unsure what these terms mean you should probably contact your host. If you still need help you can always visit the WordPress Support Forums.""

and then i restart my sql server from hosting pannel my website againt working.

plese tell me permanent solution of this problem.

Was this ever working? Did you recently change your database password? If so, you need to update your wp-config.php file to your database credentials. You may also want to contact your host to ensure the database server isn't down.

Check your wp-config.php file. There's an area where you entered your username and password information. Copy and paste that information into your wp-login.php page and try to log in. If that doesn't work then whoever is hosting your website has the issue and you need to contact them.

It seems that your database corrupted. Do you have previously backup? You may test to restore the db again. What I can say is this is not problem from your hosting provider, but the problem from your database or your wp-config

Permanent solutions do not exist. Review wp-config.php, which, if scrambled, can cause this problem. If it looks correct, it's a problem at the host end.
