adding images in dreamweaver anywhere on the page.?

Question

Heres my problem: im triying to add an image to my template but i can never put it where i want. I always either space it out by hitting "enter" 10 times or sometimes having tables. ANyways i have a form on one side of the page and i want to put a picture on the other side but i cant do it. it either puts it under or over it. It seems as though it would be so easy so its so frustrating. the site is www.coronagiveaway.com then click on signup

In dreamweaver, just use the "Draw AP Div" tool in the layout section of the Insert window. You can place the div anywhere you want and then place the image in that tag. Mainly, it is just creating a div tag but also creating the css properties for that div to set the placement for wherever you want. You can also then drag the div around the page and it will update the css properties for the new placement.
